Spotify
Quality Assurance Engineer
Built an internal LLM QA assistant with RAG over Spotify-specific knowledge and guardrails, exposed through MCP to Spotify's agentic tools.
Tuned an LLM evals-drafting assistant that helps PMs turn PRDs into testable, verifiable evals.
QA lead for high-visibility launches (Lossless, Wrapped 2025), coordinating 20+ testers across engineering, product and design.
Shipped a network emulation tool for realistic performance validation, removing reliance on external vendors.
Created a Quality Strategy Workshop that helps squads define quality goals, risks and ownership.
